Charged twice?

I have a hoppy plan stopped because my card stopped working and I changed to another card trying to reactivate took 5$ of the last month then 5$ again thinking it is for next month, but actually I paid 5$ at the end of the month + the extra usage, any way to know what happened or support to contact ?!

Same here dude. I payed $5 to reactivate hobby plan but they charged me again to even activate it, I got charged twice for something that was supposed to only be once.
