was charged much more than expected (400% more). What it happened? Why i did not get alerts? I was in hobby plan, and im building an application and testing railway but i thought you were more transparent in charges.

Your most recent invoice (Aug 3 - Sep 3) was $41.35, with memory as nearly the entire cost driver:
Memory: $40.88
vCPU: $0.24
Disk: $0.18
Network: $0.05
Hobby plan: $5.00
────────────────────────
Subtotal: $46.35
Included usage: -$5.00
Total: $41.35The Hobby plan costs $5/mo, which includes $5 of usage. It is a minimum, not a cap: usage under $5 still costs $5, and usage over $5 is charged at the full amount. Your services consumed $41.35 worth of resources (almost entirely memory from running continuously over the billing cycle). Please refer to understanding your bill for more information.
Regarding alerts, Railway does not send usage alerts by default, but you can configure them yourself. You can set up usage alerts, limits, and view your usage breakdown - including per service costs - by heading to railway.com/workspace/usage.
