Hello,
I've just upgraded to a Pro Plan mainly because it offers "Unlimited team seats included". But when trying to add a new user it still shows that every extra user will cost 20$. Did I misunderstood this feature?

You have to move 80% or more of your workloads to Metal infrastructure, then the new pricing is applied.

^ Yep.
And please note it's not a percentage of how many services you have on Metal, it's the percentage of your bill that is made up of resource spend coming from Metal.

Well my usage says that I'm eligible for Metal Discounts. I have 98% of my deployments in metal servers.

The metal % calculation is based on overall accrued metal usage across all your services and environment over the billing period. This may take up to 1 billing period to take effect as you need time to accrue usage.
