Hello! I am in the hobby plan ($5/month). My chatbot hosted on railway was responding until yesterday and stopped today. I am unable to figure out the reason. What i observed was railway billed me $5 on November 6th, but on Decemeber 6th billed $0. Is that the reason the chatbot stopped working? I cancelled the subscription and resubscribed, but still I am not getting the correct response. Currently, I am getting {"Data Cached":true,"success":true,"Error":"NA"}

There was an issue with Railway's edge network last night, can you try redeploying to see if that fixes it?
Just redeployed but still having the same issue. I didn't make any changes to the code/repo for sure from the last couple months

interesting, well that's out of Railway's control then it seems to me like an issue with your application itself

i'd say you should investigate what part of your code could be returning JSON like that

Seems like this is a billing issue rather than a code issue. are your services still running, or have they stopped?
It says I am still on the hobby plan. I cancelled my subscription and renewed it immediately today. Also one more thing, I got an email that my current usage is $2.58 and expected usage seems to be $5.14. Since I am exceeding the $5 limit, could that be a reason ?

If you exceed the $5 limit, you pay the excess in addition to the $5 subscription fee

If your services haven't stopped, you should be fine. If you get charged twice or anything like that report back and the team will refund you
