Hey!
I'm currently running the chatwoot template to run operations in my company, but it seems the app isn't using all the avaliable resources, and it is very slow.
With railway pro plan there is 32vCPU and 32 of memory, but the app isn't using even 2vCPU, and it is very very slow.
I tried setting the variables mentioned in the documentation like this: WEB_CONCURRENCY
16
SIDEKIQ_CONCURRENCY
64
RAILS_MAX_THREADS
10
But it doesn't seem to have worked. I also have some doubts if I only need to create a variable and the application will recognize what it is and apply it.

Hello,
Can you provide some metrics on slow?
Though I do feel your questions would be better suited for the Chatwoot community, as we can't really provide support for 3rd party software being slow.
