I use the free version to host my project using a mongoDB database. Today I am informed that my database has been overwritten, but I have tried several times to upgrade to the higher version (hobby plan), but my visa cards have been debited each time, yet nothing happens. Please help me manage this problem. My data is in the database. Please recover my data.
