Clarification on Monthly Free $5 Credit

Hi Railway Team,

I had a database hosted on Railway and was under the impression that each month I would receive a free $5 credit as part of the free tier. However, after the first month, I received a notification that my trial has ended and I’m no longer getting the monthly credit.

Could you please clarify if the $5 credit is only for the first month or if it's supposed to renew every month?

Hello,

For the Trial, there is a one time credit of $5, but there is also a 30 day time limit, so your Trial ends when you run out of the credits or when you reach 30 days, whatever the comes first.

Please tell me if it is possible to get data from my database, because I don't have the option to renew my subscription right now, but I already have data in the database.

I've deployed the database for you. You should be able to dump it briefly before it's shutdown again
