Clarification Regarding Railway Fair Use Policy

Hello Railway Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently saw the Fair Use Policy notice regarding “Mirrors / Userbots” and wanted to proactively clarify whether my platform would be acceptable under Railway’s policies.

I am building a SaaS platform called Nexabee, which provides a web dashboard for managing Telegram-related workflows and automation for communities and businesses. The platform includes features such as campaign management, analytics, scheduled actions, and integrations with Telegram APIs.

The project is not intended for crypto mining, torrenting, malware, or abusive infrastructure usage. My goal is to ensure the platform remains compliant with Railway’s Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy as we continue development.

Before scaling further, I wanted to ask whether this type of Telegram-focused SaaS platform would generally be acceptable on Railway, and whether there are any specific limitations or best practices you would recommend.

Thank you for your time and clarification.

I just would like to know if its okay that i do run Nexabee, i do not want to get banned.

Best regards,

We don't pre-approve specific use cases, but a SaaS platform with a web dashboard, campaign management, analytics, and Telegram API integrations sounds like a standard web application. The "Mirrors / Userbots" item in the Fair Use Policy targets Telegram userbots (clients logged in as a user account to mirror or scrape), not legitimate services that interact with the official Telegram Bot API. As long as your platform uses official APIs, doesn't engage in abuse, spam, or scraping, and complies with our Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy, you should be fine.
