After yesterday's deployment incident, the railway up CLI command shows "Deploy failed" at the end but the server is actually running correctly. Confirmed via /health endpoint returning status: ok with full uptime. Build logs show success (15 seconds, all green). Deploy logs show server starting normally. The "Deploy failed" message appears to be a false negative left over from the incident. Project: pilcrow Service: backend Region: us-west1

false deployment status from the Railway CLI/UI rather than an actual runtime failure,
likely the deploy status check or healthcheck state became stale after yesterday’s incident, so Railway may need to manually inspect/reset the deployment state for project pilcrow, service backend in us-west1.
