CLI uploads fail at code snapshot creation (HTTP 524)

The last three uploads for the existing Touchline service fail with "Failed to create code snapshot".
The approximately 54.8 MB archive is fully sent, then HTTP 524 is returned after approximately 126 seconds. The Docker build never starts.
