Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established

Hi
From Nov 13 at 14:53 I've suddenly started seeing websocket outgoing connection issues (over port 9740). This has happened across two apps at exactly the same time suggesting a change has been made somewhere with your infrastructure.
Can you please investigate as soon as possible as this affects payment processing.

Hello,
No we haven't made any changes, nor would anything we do have the ability to intermittently disrupt outgoing websocket connections.
I would recommend getting in contact with the 3rd party provider and ask them.
