Hi, I'm using the latest Railway CLI and Codex is logged in correctly. When launching a Cloud Agent I get: "Cloud Agents are not enabled for this account." Is this feature still behind a rollout, or does my account need to be enabled?

Try going through the setup guide: https://docs.railway.com/cloud-agents
(You’ll need to enable Priority Boarding. You can do so by going to https://railway.com/account/feature-flags)
