I've deployed a strapi app using the default template and everything was working well until today. I can't upload any media and when I look into the error messages I find out the issue is with cloudinary. Since I don't have access to the cloudinary account to see why the account was disabled, I really don't know what to do next.
Any help from the community would be appreciated

If you truly don't have access to the cloudinary account then you would need to create a new cloudinary account and update the applicable environment variables.

There was a payment issue with cloudinary. Everything's resolved now. Thank you.
