- Which cloud vendors are used to process personal data?
Please carefully check that the selected cloud service provider and the provided IP address are accurate, otherwise the system may not be connected. If you do not use cloud services and the system platform is built and deployed by yourself, please fill in"self-built"server room. The selected cloud service provider will appear as a subprocessor in Question 6, except for "self-constructed data centers".
Problem is:
Cloud service provider is incorrect.
As we get cloud services from Railway, the
re is no option to select it. Which option should be selected ?

Railway primarily runs services on its own hardware (Railway Metal) and also uses Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for additional capacity. Since Railway itself may not appear in that dropdown, selecting GCP or AWS would reflect the underlying infrastructure providers. For the authoritative and current list of subprocessors, see trust.railway.com.

Google LLC (the parent of Google Cloud Platform) and Amazon.com, Inc. (the parent of AWS) are the correct selections. For the full authoritative subprocessor list you can reference in your compliance documentation, see trust.railway.com.

Google LLC and Amazon.com, Inc. are the correct underlying providers per our published subprocessor list at trust.railway.com. If the form is rejecting those selections, that is a constraint of the form itself, not something we can change on our side. You may need to contact the form administrator to have Railway or its subprocessors added, referencing the subprocessor list linked above as your source documentation.
