Your orkunasor.com domain is proxied through Cloudflare (the orange-cloud toggle). That hides the record from our validation and is preventing your Railway TLS certificate from being issued, which is why it has been stuck for several days with no certificate. In your Cloudflare DNS settings, set the orkunasor.com record to DNS only (click the orange cloud so it turns grey), and confirm the record value is exactly 8d3gs4gp.up.railway.app. The certificate should issue within a few minutes after that.
If you would like to keep Cloudflare's proxy on afterward, turn it back on only once the domain shows Active here, and set your Cloudflare SSL/TLS mode to Full (not Full Strict). Reply here once you have switched it to DNS only and we will confirm the certificate on our side.
