Clousflare 525 failed ssl handshake

I'm hosting *.mydomain.com
Suddenly past few hours subdomains can't connect with 525 error from cloudflare
Is it related to today's issues?

Ok I confirm it works for several subdomains just not the one Demo.mydomain so maybe i did something. But it an ssl error which i have no control over. Still troubleshooting.

I resolved by removing and re adding the wild card domain. Should not have had to do that.
