Hello! I've been having an issue with the Railway MCP connection since around the time of the recent outage. I'm not sure whether it's related to the outage, but that's when the issue started.

The Railway tools keep failing with this error:

"This app connection requires reauthentication. Reconnect the app and try again."

I've tried reconnecting the app each time this message appears, but it still doesn't work.

Could you please help me resolve this? I've attached a screenshot for reference.
