Cold start on hobby plan

Please my free plan has expired and i want to upgrade to hobby. I want to know if the server is always on hobby plan and does not cold start after a while of inactive

Hello,

There will be no cold start time on the Hobby plan as long as you disable the serverless option found in your service settings.
