When I go to the settings, it tells me to configure my DNS records and gives me a CNAME.
My domain is elsewhere, do you know how I can configure it?
Do I need a Cloudfare account?

It is currently on a website here in Brazil called localweb

then you would need to use cloudflare's nameservers, they have a guide on how to switch over -
