Hello, I have a gitlab project, something like in the picture, if i already have a dockerfile railway will build it for me right? so does my resource consumption count toward the build process ?

If it is, is it possible to deploy from a private image at a custom registry ? I'm hosting a gitea container registry right now and want to use that, but no luck so far (it pop red without any option to continue)
