config.eager_load set to nill

My environments files are all configured with config.eager_load as suggested by deploy logs, but the server cannot to read this, could help me please? The deployment logs are saying that config.eager_load is set to nill, but it isn't, what could be happening?

Also, I'm having problems sending emails with action mailer, if anyone knows if there is any relationship, would be a lot of help
