I need to confirm the total native transfer charge or a maximum for the following three operations.

Operations:

1. Restore a database volume backup to a separate volume in us-west2 (55 GB content; 110 GB volume provisioned)
2. Restore a spool volume backup to a separate volume in us-east4 (5 GB content; 50 GB volume provisioned)
3. Move the restored database volume from us-west2 to us-east4

Questions:

• What is the native transfer charge for each operation?
• Does billing measure charges based on referenced content size, provisioned volume capacity, or another metric?
• Is there an additional transfer fee for the cross-region volume move (operation 3)?
• What is the total charge for all three operations combined?

Does anyone have any experience with this and can you help me calculate costs.
