Confirm on prepaid plan no excess charges

Hi,

Please can you confirm on the prepaid plan if usage starts to run up and uses up the balance, all services will stop and no excess charges will be due?

That's correct, when all your credits are used your services are shut down, on the pre-paid plan the only way for you to get charged would be for you to go and load credits manually.
