Please confirm whether SHA256:+S1xg92FrnHz6pY3bpkmh1OGtWQGNANXilPzlxA7B1g is a current authorised ED25519 host key for ssh.railway.com. If several keys are active, where is the official list?

We don't confirm or deny individual host key fingerprints for ssh.railway.com, and there is no official list, known_hosts entry, or SSHFP record for it.

The endpoint is served by multiple hosts, each with its own key. Those hosts change at any time without notice, so seeing more than one fingerprint, or a fingerprint that changes, is expected behavior.

Could a Railway staff member please review the verification question above?

Our answer to the verification question doesn't change: we don't confirm or deny individual host key fingerprints for ssh.railway.com, including the one you posted, and we don't publish an official list of them.

The endpoint may present several different host keys at once. Those keys can change at any time without notice, so a fingerprint that differs from one you saw before is expected.
