On my first account (private one), I have the Hobby plan, and I only pay for resources above $5. For example, the bill for this month was only about $1.

I created a new account today (for my client), and it automatically charged me $5. From what I understand, it will charge me at least $5 a month plus any usage above that amount.

Can someone explain the difference between these two accounts? Maybe it’s because my first account was created before the Hobby plan required a credit card to be attached?
