Confusion about team plan

Hi,
Slightly confused by the Pro Plan for inviting team members.
If I get the pro plan, can I invite a team member as 1 seat? Or would I need to have 2 seats for myself and them?
So $20 for myself and another member.
Or $40 for myself and another member?

the owner of the team does count as a seat, so if it's you and another member that would be 40$ just for seat costs.
