Connecting to Bun server via internal network failing for railpack build

I am unable to connect to a bun server using the internal network for a container built with railpack.

I am getting connection refused regardless of connection method. Right now I replaced it with a dockerfile

Ah, nevermind, it wasn't bun, it was sveltekit which was listening on IPV4 instead of IPV6

Adding a HOST variable with value "::" fixed it
