In my applications, when I allow authentication of a repository on GitHub, it cannot locate that repository, even after allowing all of them.

Hey there!
That might be due to the longer cache we've implemented with GitHub. Can you try heading to your railway account page and unlinking/relinking GitHub?
Should manually pop that and be good to go! Can do that via https://railway.com/account
