Hi Railway Team,
I’m experiencing a connectivity issue when accessing Railway services from New Zealand, and I’d like to check if there are any known regional or routing problems.
Here are the details:
- Railway services (including railway.com and my deployed app) are accessible from a cloud server (OneNet).
- However, they are not accessible from local networks in New Zealand, including both home broadband and mobile data.
- The issue affects both the Railway official website and my deployed application.
- The problem appears to be network-related rather than application-related.
Could you please advise what should we do?
