GitHub App is installed on my account (github.com/settings/installations shows Railway with "All repositories"), and I've disconnected/reconnected GitHub in Railway settings. But in "Deploy from GitHub repo" every repository fails with "Failed to fetch repository files", and a newly created repository doesn't appear in the list at all. Earlier deploys on this account failed with "##FORBIDDEN## repository forbidden" during Initialization › Snapshot code. It looks like Railway's stored GitHub installation link is stale. Can you reset the GitHub integration for my account?

We're sorry for the trouble. We're currently experiencing an incident, "GitHub is experiencing elevated error rates," which is affecting automatic deployments, PR environments, and all GitHub-related operations - including fetching repository files and listing repos. This is very likely the cause of both the "Failed to fetch repository files" and "repository forbidden" errors. You can follow updates here: GitHub incident status.
