Your workspace subscription is currently inactive, which is why new deployments are stuck in the queue. You can fix this by adding a payment method and activating your Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings.

Sorry for the confusion earlier, this was not a billing issue and your trial is active with credits intact. Deploys on trial and free workspaces were temporarily queued during an upstream GitHub incident earlier today. That has been resolved, and your service deployed successfully at 19:18 UTC.

Sorry this dragged on for a second day. The deploy queue backed up again today for trial and free workspaces, and despite the "upstream GitHub issues" message, the problem was on our side. It has now been fixed and the backlog is fully drained.
