Since approx 21:00 UTC June 11, every deployment on my service fails at the

"Deploy > Create container" step after ~30 minutes. Build completes normally

(cached, image pushed fine per build logs).

Troubleshooting done:

• Multiple redeploys → same failure every time
• Removed the active deployment first, then redeployed → same failure
• Detached the service's volume entirely and deployed without it → STILL fails, so it's not volume attachment
• No region selector available (Hobby plan)

Build logs end normally with "image push" completing. Nothing further is logged

under Create container before the timeout. Is there a known scheduling/capacity
