Container not starting

Forgot to pay this month and the app failed to deploy, after payment and without any code changes the deploy is failing.
It's failing starting the container (it says on the logs starting the container and fails with stopping the container).
Again there isn't new code changes.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 Function stuck
- 🧵 Container keeps terminating exactly 8 seconds after starting
- 🧵 Container SIGTERM after 60-65 seconds despite healthy keepalive and health checks
- 🧵 502 with Docker
