Unfortunately we only can serve tickets in English. I'm using an LLM to translate your request. Apologies if I get something wrong here.
Has the invitee tried a different browser or cleared cookies or their cache? Perhaps tried incognito mode?
I am not seeing any active issues in the support queue regarding this so I'm thinking this might be a one-off issue with the individual's browser.
If they are still encountering the issue, can you please provide specific steps to reproduce and/or screenshots of the issue?
