All this is new to me as I am using lovable. What am I doing wrong?

Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code. Due to volume, we can only answer platform level issues here
This thread is public so the community might be able to help but I'd recommend looking up CORS issues in forums such as Stack Overflow or on Google.
