We're seeing CORS issues where preflight (OPTIONS) requests are failing before reaching our application. The browser shows 'No Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is present' even though we have CORS properly configured in our Express app. Are there any Railway-specific proxy settings or configurations needed to allow CORS and OPTIONS requests to reach our application?

What other information would be helpful to have in order to troubleshoot?
