Custom domain www.property-calculator.app shows "Cloudflare proxy detected" even though nameservers are IONOS default (not Cloudflare), no Cloudflare proxy is in use, and DNS has fully propagated globally (verified via whatsmydns.net). The domain is confirmed down for everyone via downforeveryoneorjustme.com with an SSL error, even though the underlying service (propertycalculator-production.up.railway.app) is running correctly and deploys/health checks pass. Please check certificate issuance for this domain.

Your www subdomain is correctly configured on our side with DNS propagated, a valid certificate, and verified ownership, so that hostname is working. However, the root (apex) domain is not registered as a custom domain on your service at all, so visitors reaching it are hitting your DNS provider's default hosting IP rather than our edge, which is what produces the SSL error. You'll need to add the root domain as a separate custom domain in your service's networking settings, then create the CNAME and TXT records at your registrar as shown in the dashboard. Since a standard CNAME is not valid at the apex, your DNS provider must support CNAME flattening or ALIAS/ANAME records for this to work - see our docs on adding a root domain for provider-specific guidance. The "Cloudflare proxy detected" message in the dashboard does not indicate a problem and can appear even when Cloudflare is not in use.
