bitnami/couchdb:latest no longer exists on Docker Hub, and the official CouchDB template’s build now fails with failed to resolve source metadata.

I have fixed the template, and you should now be able to deploy without any issues. As a temporary fix, I've replaced the DockerHub image with one from AWS Public ECR. For a long-term solution, I will update the entire template to use the official image.
