Could not access appservice url from other country

Hello, We only access my appservice url from VietNam, but not from India or other country. Please help to check.

This is my Url:

Hi,

Unfortunately you'll have to reach out to your ISP. We test from around the globe and this appears to work (just tested in San Francisco)
