I am writing another post because the first post didn't have enough information.
My coworker's account was banned for "Multiple accounts."
He does not have another Railway account.
He has sent multiple emails to support@railway.com and has not been replied to once.
He cannot access any way to talk with Railway team since his account is banned.
Who can he contact so that he can fix this situation? I ask because his account has client project workflows hosted there. If this cannot be resolved then we will have to find a different hosting platform.

The lack of reply means the decision is final. Continuing to post threads about this could result in your own account being banned as well.
