Your service is down because it appears you have set the workload to "Sleep" on Serverless mode. Please disable "Serverless" if you would like your service to stay up 24/7.

That shouldn´t be the problem, because before the automatic upgrade, the I was using the serverless mode, without problems. And I am still unable to make my app work

There is no way that you database would be empty due to the migration.

Did you have a migration script that runs on instantiation?

Yes I have one. That only run database migration. Flash data on debug true (localy). On railway I have the env variable on False. All my database backups are empty to. I dont understand why

Then that is something you need to debug unfortunately. We have communicated the Railway Metal migration with 5 emails sent. Is the data business critical?
