Production volume resize has been stuck for over 12 hours. The dashboard reports “Volume is busy in production: Resizing volume”, but the volume remains at 500 MB. PostgreSQL is crashed because WAL recovery
fails with “No space left on device”. Please clear the stuck resize operation and expand the volume to 5000 MB without deleting or recreating it.
