Crashed Database

Hi team, I’m on the Pro plan and urgently need help.

I upgraded my PostgreSQL database from 5 GB to 20 GB, and right after the upgrade, the database crashed and hasn’t started since. Logs show:

PANIC: replication checkpoint has wrong magic 0 instead of 307747550

startup process was terminated by signal 6: Aborted

aborting startup due to startup process failure

This is blocking my production deployment and the DB contains essential data I imported from local.

Can you please:

1. Investigate what caused the crash?

2. Tell me if the data is recoverable?

3. Suggest next steps?

Thanks a lot — this is quite urgent 🙏

Hi there - I think you just had to restart the deployment. I did that on your behalf, and you should be good now.
