Anyways. In the variables tab, what do you have DATABASE_PROVIDER set to?
It should probably be postgresql or mysql.

Evolution API by extension is not allowed on Railway as Userbots are not allowed per our fair use agreement -
https://railway.com/legal/fair-use
Please host it somewhere else as a breach of the fair use agreement is a ban-able offence.
