It seems like the system crashes every time I try to upload an image. Could you please investigate the cause? Is it related to memory issues? I'd appreciate some feedback on this matter as I'm testing your platform before considering a paid plan. Thank you.

It's for sure a memory issue, the screenshot says you have a max of 0.5GB (because trial plan), and then your metrics have it pinned at 500MB.

Thank you for the clarification, Brody.

To address this, let's upgrade to the 8GB RAM plan. That should do the trick, right?

This should provide ample memory resources to prevent further crashes and ensure smoother performance.

Yep, Chatwoot would have no problem running on the Hobby plan!
