Crashed or Still Deploying?

Kinda confused on whats going on here? Says crashed but also deploying? Not giving me any deploy logs either. For some reason only today most of my builds have been "crashing" but then starting. This time around just with a longer deploy time.

I think, but it's hard to tell because most of the builds today say crashed but end up going online
