Hey, as I can see from your screenshot your Postgres volume is probably full
a year ago
I would recommend upgrading to the Pro plan for higher volume limits
a year ago
Oh then click on your volume, go to settings and scroll until "volume size" and then hit grow
a year ago
Make sure to do a backup first
For a backup you can just go to your service and then go to backups
It happened all of a sudden... I just made an HTTP node on n8n and it crashed... literally
a year ago
I would recommend increasing the volume first to see what's going on

Volumes are priced at $0.15
*they're priced only if you actually use the storage
a year ago
did you get any succes message about the volume grow?
you'll only pay 5gb if your Postgres service actually use it
a year ago
great then hit deploy
no, you only pay for what you use, even if you grow it to 250GB
a year ago
no, do not click on it yet
can you refresh the dashboard just to be sure and then hit on grow again?
just checking if it's a dashboard cache
and then after doing the grow, do a deploy of the postgres service
a year ago
yep

to how much did you grow?

oh ok nvm then it's right <:kekw:788259314607325204>

just do a deploy and it should be back up
a year ago
click on the purple text saying "deploy the image"
no problem we do have a backup and we can restore it at anytime

no, im just a community member

is the service working again?
great, in my opinion 1gb of use is pretty normal depending on your use case but if you still want to take a look I would recommend getting a Postgres client to access your database.
then in that case I would recommend just sticking with the current volume and increase it if necessary.
I really doubt it that it'll increase that much, 1gb is pretty low for a production database with real clients.
depends on your service but I always use 50gb by default.
yeah but i dont use the full 50gb and remember you're not going to be billed for the full 50gb if you're not actively using it
a year ago
you can host other things in Railway other than n8n
