So i wanted to host an elastic search app on railway.app, i deployed it and did not use it yet but what is happening here, well already paid am gonna delete it for now cause am worried might end up being in the thousands if left uncheck

Elasticsearch is written in java. Idk if u ever used it, but its very resource hungry
i know elastic search is resource heavy but the resource usage is way above the usual and i have used it before
nah thats normal, u can tweak the elasticsearch settings or limit the resources of the service
idk for what u use it, but there are some less hungry alternatives like meilisearch, depends on ur use case
