Create global n8n workflow error

Hello! I’d like to create a global error workflow in n8n so that if any workflow fails in my n8n instance (hosted in Railway), I automatically receive a Slack notification.

I’ve tried adding the Error Trigger node, but n8n doesn’t let me activate the workflow. How can I set this up correctly?

Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code. Due to volume, we can only answer platform level issues.
