Created an empty project, renamed it and now it's stuck

I can't add any services because the right click doesn't work and the single "empty" service in the middle is stuck at loading.
I am getting multiple websocket connection fails in the console.

Actually I am getting websocket connection fails in all new projects I create. Even if I don't rename it or if it's not empty.
